Get a unique chance to spend several hours at sea with these magnificent creatures and immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring experience of observing magnificent whales in their natural habitat.
Day 1 "Gaze in wonder as the Auroras dance across the Polar night.”
We will meet you in the city center of Tromsø, where our ship is docked.
After boarding and settling in, we familiarise ourselves with the ship as it begins its journey northward. The expedition team warmly introduces themselves, and after a brief but essential safety briefing, we head to the lower deck for an exquisite three-course dinner a true taste of Norwegian delicacies.
Following dinner, step out on deck to breathe in the fresh, crisp sea air. If you're lucky, you may catch an early glimpse of the majestic northern lights dancing across the sky.
Alternatively, unwind in the panorama lounge with a drink and enjoy an engaging lecture on the northern lights. Discover the fascinating science behind this natural wonder, along with the myths and legends that surround it.
Afterward, choose your spot outside on deck or settle down in the cozy warmth of the panorama lounge and watch the lights as they paint the sky in ethereal colors.
At the end of this adventurous day, let yourself drift off to sleep, gently rocked by the waves, in your cozy and warm cabin.
Day 2 "Wake up to a new and exciting adventure, with the possibility of spotting whales right outside of your cabin.”
As you wake up at sea, a delicious breakfast is ready to fuel you for the exciting day ahead.
After breakfast, join our expert guide in the panorama lounge for a short talk on how to spot whales and what types we might encounter. This briefing adds to the sense of adventure, giving you tips and insight before we reach the whale-watching area.
Once we’re in the best spot for sightings, get ready for a thrilling experience as we look out for these incredible creatures in their natural habitat. From the comfort of our vessel, you’ll have a great view, and our team will be there to help you spot and identify the whales.
Around midday, we’ll serve a tasty lunch in our restaurant. Afterward, we’ll kindly ask you to check out from your cabin.
In the afternoon, as we sail back toward Tromsø, join our guides again in the panorama lounge for an interesting talk about whale behavior and conservation.
Make the most of this final stretch of the journey, taking in the views and reflecting on your adventure.
